This week Chad Maag and Josh Lee talk about:
A churches reaction to the podcast with Dan Rhoten
We alighted on the “Christian Porn” subject which made us hanker for some good ol fashioned WTH with what where they thinking. To which Chad brought up the atheist John Scalzi in reference to my wanting to send themishmash to it to take some spy pictures.
We then discussed the adage “Drinking the KoolAide” which was clarified by Chad as a reference to Jim Jones’ cult.
Cool tech in church, anybody seen anything cool on the horizon spot had Chad bringing up Carlos Whittaker’s Creative Chaos, Tony Morgan and Kem Meyer as people you should read when it comes to killing the communications noise at your church.
We both talked about an artist that we liked.
Josh’s choice: Matthew Perryman Jones song “Save You”
Chad’s choice: WaterDeep’s song “Everybody’s Guilty”.
We discussed:
Youversion? Hit or miss? Decided it was a Hit.
Godtube? Hit or miss? Decided it was a Miss.
The “Get better” artist of the week.
David Crowder Band
Comment away if you liked it or not, we’d love to hear about it.

You guys suck.
Ok. Kidding. But seriously, I am not sure you are gonna be able to do a website and podcasts that are very positive. I have never heard good Christian music, except from the movie “O’ Brother Where Art Thou?” hahaha
This was highly entertaining. Chad missed his calling, he should be on the radio instead slinging Christian designs for Christians who could care less!!!!

Oh BTW, what you call Church Porn, I call Church Masterbation, remember? People flipped in the lab when I said that. Oh the emails I received!!! haha

Good night just say sucks. I mean if a band sucks, a band sucks. I mean a lot of bands suck Good Charlotte, Dashboard Confessional for instance.
By the way I would like to be a guest co-host. I want to talk about my love for Jump 5 and how they have helped laid a solid foundation to my Christian walk.

One of the most bizarre things at The Holy Land Experience are the cheesecake slices with white frosting and red deco crosses on them. Nothing more appetizing than a bloody cross on a piece of cheesecake!
